Keys Group is seeking a Support Worker at our Swansea service. You will provide daily assistance to adults with complex needs, help them maintain independence, and support activities of daily living in a respectful, person-centred environment.
No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with ongoing coaching and development to support your career progression within our team.
About Taith Cartref: Taith Cartref supports 13 adults with complex Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. Our mission is to provide personalised, professional care built on respect and a deep understanding of each individual. We celebrate everyone’s uniqueness and tailor our support to meet their specific needs.
As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day-to-day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.
