Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Support Worker at our Swansea service. You will provide daily assistance to adults with complex needs, help them maintain independence, and support activities of daily living in a respectful, person-centred environment.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training is provided, with ongoing coaching and development to support your career progression within our team.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence required.

JOB ROLE: Support Worker

LOCATION: Swansea SA6

SALARY: £14.05 - £14.75

HOURS: 23hr contract and 35hr contract available

REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Driving Licence

About Taith Cartref: Taith Cartref supports 13 adults with complex Mental Health needs, Learning Disabilities, and Autism. As a Support Worker, You Will Be Involved In The Day-to-day Support And Routine Of The People Within The Service Including

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development.
