Job summary

My Life Legacy is seeking a dedicated Support Worker / Personal Assistant to assist Rebecca, a wonderful person with a passion for adventure and animals. You will provide person-centred support, helping with daily living tasks, accompanying her on fun outings, and supporting her mental health within a caring team.

Salary is competitive, up to £37,000 per annum, with options for full-time or part-time hours. Training, career progression, and a supportive work environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or health support is preferred.
• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily Living Support: Help Rebecca with daily activities, meals, and light household tasks to maintain routines.
• Community Adventures: accompany Rebecca on outings such as visits to attractions, swimming, zoos, and events.
• Emotional & Practical Support: provide emotional and practical support tailored to Rebecca’s needs and mental health.
• Health & Well-being Monitoring: monitor safety and well-being, keep family and care team informed.
