We're looking for compassionate, motivated people who want to support others, champion independence, and build a rewarding career in mental health.
Whether you're starting out in care, considering a career change, or already have experience supporting people, we'll give you the training, skills and support you need to make a genuine difference.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll help people living with serious mental health challenges build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards greater independence.
No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting someone to attend an appointment, learn budgeting skills, or take part in activities they enjoy. Another day you could be helping someone achieve an important personal goal they've been working towards.
The relationships you build and the support you provide can have a lasting impact on someone's recovery journey.
You don't need to have worked in mental health before. If you share our values of Caring, Safe, Creative and Aspirational, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Every day, you'll have the opportunity to help someone take another step towards independence, confidence and recovery.
If you're looking for a role with purpose, growth opportunities and real impact, we'd love to hear from you.
