Creative Support is recruiting Female Support Workers to provide person-centred support at our bespoke development in Warwick. The service comprises 15 flats offering supported living for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and autism.

You will help promote independence through activities such as baking, music, and walks, and you will provide personal care, help with cooking and cleaning, and support families where appropriate.

Formación

• No prior care experience required.
• Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
• Gender is an occupational requirement under Equality Act 2010.
• Training towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide respectful personal care to service users.
• Assist with cooking and domestic tasks (cleaning).
• Engage with service users to build trusting therapeutic relationships.
• Support families and provide practical and emotional support where appropriate.
