Job summary

Agincare’s New Milton Service in the UK is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help two individuals with learning disabilities live independently and with dignity. You’ll provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines and personal care, and join activities in the community.

With fully funded training up to QCF Level 5, you’ll grow in a values-led team. The role offers £13 per hour, plus benefits like pension and discounts, and opportunities for progression as you build lasting

Qualifications

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with others.
• A team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
