Job summary

Agincare Group in New Milton is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities live happier, more independent lives within their community.

You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily routines, and help people participate in meaningful activities and trips, always person-centred and respectful of choices.

We offer £13.00 per hour, full training up to QCF Level 5, a refer-a-friend bonus, and a supportive, values-led team with pension benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with adults
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Driving licence required for travel and shifts
• Calm, patient, and caring approach in care settings

You’ll be

supporting2 individuals with learning disabilities at our New Milton Service to thrive and live as

independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From

supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
