Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a compassionate Support Worker for our New Milton Service to help individuals live independently and with dignity. You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily routines, and accompany them on activities in the community, ensuring safety and respect for choices.

The role offers funded training up to QCF Level 5, career development opportunities, a pension, and a supportive team committed to high-quality care across the community.

Qualifications

A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust.
Strong Communication Skills
A team player who values consistency
A Full UK driving licence
At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Responsibilities
