You will provide person-centred care, assist with bathing and personal hygiene, and maintain accurate care records. You’ll promote dignity, choice, and inclusion while working as part of a supportive team, with full training and development opportunities.

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene

• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
