Shaw healthcare (Group) Ltd in Carmarthen is hiring a caring person to provide person-centred support at Ty Cwm. Full training, ongoing support and development opportunities are available, with shift patterns including 7:00–21:00 and flexible hours.

No prior experience is required; values and behaviours matter. You’ll be supported every step of the way through comprehensive training and a strong team.

Responsabilidades

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment

Salary: £13.67 per hour
Hours: 26 , 39 hour contracts available
Shift Times: 07:00 - 21:00
