The National Autistic Society is seeking a part-time Support Worker for Field View Residential in East Yorkshire. You will help adults live their best lives by following individual support plans and daily routines.
Role requires flexibility to cover evenings and weekends, with a driving licence preferred. DBS checks may be required. The package includes pension, generous leave, training, discounts, and wellbeing support.

Field View is a residential service for autistic adults in East Yorkshire. There are four flats and one house which provide safe, low-arousal environments. The people we support can work towards living more independently.
We are looking for caring Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
This advert is for a part time position at 24 hours per week.
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) isessential.
