ENABLE Scotland is looking for Personal Assistants (Support Workers) in Scotland to help people with learning disabilities lead independent, fulfilling lives. You will work closely with individuals to understand their goals, provide care and support, and help them participate in daily activities.

Shifts include early, back, and overnight positions. Training and development are provided, and you will be part of a collaborative team that focuses on safety, wellbeing and empowerment for the people

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals with personal care, moving and handling as needed
• Support people to pursue goals and activities, expanding social networks and connections
• Provide safeguarding and supportive care to maintain safety and wellbeing
• Work as part of a bespoke team around each individual to ensure their routines are met
