Job summary

Key in Scotland is seeking dedicated Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to adults with a range of needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, respecting their choices, dignity, and wellbeing.

Roles include flexible shifts in the evenings and weekends, with sleepovers and waking nights as required. We offer full-time and part-time contracts, with comprehensive training and benefits to support your development and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service.
• A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential.
• Experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.
