Post: Support Worker/Outreach Worker
Location: This post will primarily be based in a bespoke package in Redcar; however, there will be scope and opportunities to work in other projects within the Redcar and Cleveland area managed by PIPS.
Hours: 37.5 hrs, Part Time Minimum 24 hrs
Salary: £14.71 per hour

No previous experience or qualifications are necessary, as we can provide training to become part of a successful team providing this unique, person-centred support.
Supports individuals to live active lives in the community, manages daily living skills, facilitates hobbies and interests, and helps people realize their dreams.
We provide person-centred, individualised care with a focus on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
You will receive a 2-week induction covering PBS, communication, behaviour understanding, skill teaching, and enabling individuals to live as they wish.
An induction in the workplace will follow, supporting you to learn how to support each individual effectively. We also fund staff to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications. There is a leadership pathway from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond.
