Location:

This post will primarily be based in a bespoke package in Redcar, with opportunities to work in other projects within the Redcar and Cleveland area managed by PIPS.

Hours:

37.5 hrs, Part Time Minimum 24 hrs

Salary:

£14.71 per hour

Requirements:

All applicants must have a permanent right to work in the UK. The company does not accept applicants with a temporary right to work.

The role involves supporting individuals to live active lives in the community, managing daily living skills, facilitating hobbies and interests, and helping them realize their dreams.

Training and development:

We provide a person-centred, individualised care approach based on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS). You will undergo a 2-week induction, learning about PBS, communication, behaviour, and skill teaching. Following induction, there is workplace training on supporting individuals according to their preferences. We also fund staff to complete Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications. There is a leadership pathway from Support Worker to Team Leader and beyond.
