Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a Support Worker for the St Teilo House in Rhymney, Wales. This nights role involves providing compassionate care in a 23-bed inpatient rehabilitation ward for women, promoting recovery and independence.

You’ll work 42 hours weekly at £13.15 per hour, with duties spanning physical and emotional support, safeguarding, and maintaining a safe environment in a close-knit team.

We Are looking for a Support Workers to join our team at Cygnet St Teilo.

Located in the village of Rhymney, amid the beautiful Welsh countryside, Cygnet St Teilo House is a 23-bed service specialising in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for women in a safe and comfortable environment. Cygnet St Teilo House has been designed to provide an environment that promotes recovery for women with its focus on space, personal privacy and dignity.

Your Day-to-Day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all

This will be Nights only

£13.15 per hour

You will be working 42 hours a week in St Teilo House with Female Rehabilitation ward.
