Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a Bank Support Worker to assist in Rhymney, Wales, delivering compassionate care and practical support to service users within a safe, welcoming environment.

You will contribute to personalized care plans, work as part of a respectful team, and help promote independence and wellbeing, with training and apprenticeship opportunities available.

Bank Support Workers

Located in the village of Rhymney, amid the beautiful Welsh countryside, Cygnet St Teilo House is a 23-bed service specialising in high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) for women in a safe and comfortable environment. Cygnet St Teilo House has been designed to provide an environment that promotes recovery for women with its focus on space, personal privacy and dignity.

The role…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
