We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injuries to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker at our brand new client's care package, based in Cardiff.

When you'll be working:

• 2 or 3 night shifts per week
• 8pm until 8am
• Part-time (24, 36 hours a week)
• With additional hours if willing to work days (8am until 8pm)

What you'll be doing:

This role involves supporting our young male client with a spinal cord injury in their own home. Tasks include personal care, medication, moving and handling, and domestic duties.

This will also involve driving the client to access the community; therefore, a driver is essential.

No previous experience required as full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
