Your new role: This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental illness. You will be involved in their daily living activities, providing personal care when necessary. What you will need to succeed: Experience in the social care sector is not essential as training and a buddy will be provided to complete an induction. You must be committed to completing this training and any additional training required. You will be supported to gain qualifications and experience to build a career in social care. It is important to be friendly and approachable to communicate effectively with those you care for and your team. Due to the need to facilitate community access and transportation, driving is essential for this role.
