How would it feel to know that your work could change someone’s life? As a Support Worker at Affinity Trust, you’ll make a meaningful difference every day—supporting people to live life on their own terms, build confidence and make their own choices.
One day, you might accompany someone on a trip to the supermarket. The next, you could support them to discover a new hobby or achieve a personal goal. Your encouragement helps people live more independently, in the way that’s right for them, while having the freedom to be themselves.
We provide full training to help you deliver the best possible support to people living with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs. Most importantly, you’ll bring kindness, energy and a genuine willingness to make someone’s day brighter.
You will need to work shifts (early starting at 7am and late finishing at 10pm) across the week and weekends and be prepared to undertake sleep in shifts for this role.
We're committed to being Disability Confident, and we guarantee to interview all applicants with a disability who meet the minimum criteria for the vacancy.
