Job summary

Priory in Blackpool is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to join Stanley Mews. This role offers £13.75 per hour with full and part time hours available, supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in a residential setting.

You will assist with daily living tasks, encourage participation in activities, maintain records, and work closely with a friendly team to promote wellbeing, independence, and dignity for residents.

• Maintain accurate records, care plans, charts, and daily notes.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Act as a key worker for individuals, helping them to set goals and track progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and involvement at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing ideas and suggestions.

Stanley Mews has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team.

Stanley Mews is a new development opening later this year in Blackpool FY3 and will offer residential support to adults with a learning disability and/or autism.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
