Job summary

Mencap in Mansfield is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our team. You will help individuals with learning disabilities with daily activities and emotional support, making a real difference in their lives.

This full-time role (37.5 hrs) requires excellent communication, empathy and flexibility to cover evenings, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver's license is preferred to support community travel.

• A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
• This role requires you to be a driver (Peferred).
