Job summary

Mencap is seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, delivering compassionate, person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily activities and provide emotional support within a 24-hour care setting.

Applicants should be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to inclusion and respect for all. DBS checks and strong references are required.

Contract options

All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!

There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £ 64.20

All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and suitable references.
