Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking a confident Care & Support Worker to join Kirkside House in Leeds. The role is full-time, 42 hours weekly, with 12-hour shifts and a two-week rotating rota, including alternate weekends. The position focuses on person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

Male candidates only due to occupational need, with salaries starting at £13.15 per hour, increasing over time. There are opportunities for apprenticeship schemes and overtime.

You'll be working full time42hours a week,12hour shifts, including alternate weekends (four shifts week one, three shifts week two, on a two week rolling rota), days only,making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Kirkside House.

Located in a historical area in Leeds, Kirkside House is a specialist residential service providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities and associated complex needs who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your day-to-day
