Job summary

Dovehaven Care Homes is recruiting a Support Worker for Callands, Warrington, to assist males with complex needs. The role involves personal care, daily living activities, and engagement in therapeutic routines using trauma-informed approaches and PBS.

You will join a compassionate, values-led team with ongoing training and opportunities for development. Various contracts (44h, 33h, 22h) and day/night shifts on a rota basis are available.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards
• Experience in care settings is preferred
• Commitment to person-centred support and dignity for residents

Dovehaven Care Homes are Recruiting for a Support Worker to join our team at Callands, Callands Road, Warrington. Working DAYS 7am- 7pm OR Nights 7pm - 7am on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required. 44hr,33hr or 22hr Contract available.

Your Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital part in helping individuals achieve their goals and maintain independence. You’ll support with personal care, daily living activities, and engagement in therapeutic routines, using trauma-informed approaches and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
