CJP are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers for two adult males in Brighouse, each with unique medical needs. Join us in making a profound impact on their lives while working between the two brothers and supporting them separately.
Provide personalised care and support to 2 adult males with complex medical conditions, including limited mobility, diabetes type 1, epilepsy, and more.
**Complex Care Support Worker:**
* Support 2 adult males with a learning disability, epilepsy, challenging behaviour, and other conditions.
* Duties include personalized care, management of epilepsy, addressing challenging behaviours with empathy, assisting with mobility challenges, adapting communication methods for visual impairment, and fostering emotional well-being.
* Work closely with the individuals and their support network to tailor care to their specific needs.
* Experience in healthcare, understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and challenging behaviours, as well as a compassionate approach to care are all desired.
* Assisting with personal care, managing medical needs such as diabetes monitoring and epilepsy episodes, assisting with mobility, administering nutrition through PEG feeding, and providing emotional support.
* Working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for the individual's complex needs.
* Qualifications needed include previous experience in healthcare, familiarity with the mentioned medical conditions, and exceptional communication skills. .
* Car Driver
**Working Hours:** The position may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.
The refer a friend scheme is worth £200 in total. This is split £100 after the person has worked 100 hours and then another £100 when they have passed probation (6 months usually).
