Community & Social Life: Assisting customers in accessing social events, hobbies, and community activities.

Daily Living: Supporting with meal planning, cooking, shopping, and household tasks.

Well-being: Helping customers get ready for the day and managing their health, which includes providing personal care.

Shift Patterns

Contracts are scheduled over 7 days.

The ability to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekend days, is essential.

Optional Earnings: Non-contractual sleeping nights are available at £60 per night.

About You

While we provide comprehensive training, we are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with:

Experience: Previous experience in care settings, mental health, or working with individuals with challenging behaviours, or lived experience, i.e. supporting a family member with learning difficulties is highly valued.

Qualifications: An NVQ, Care Certificate, or other healthcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Mobility: Being a driver is a plus, though not a requirement.

Values: A patient, resilient, and empathetic nature is a must.

Please Note: We are currently unable to offer sponsorship. Applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
