Job summary

Apex Housing Association Ltd in Derry/Londonderry is seeking Support Workers for learning disability and mental health care at Ballyoan House. The roles involve providing 24-hour support to 16 adults, helping tenants engage in day-to-day decisions, with duties across a busy supported living environment.

Applicants should have relevant care experience, be registered or willing to register with NISCC within 6 months, and be prepared for a Enhaced Access NI check.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a formal care/support role and previous experience with learning disabilities/mental health.
• Must be currently registered with NISCC or achieve registration within 6 months.
• 2 years' experience in a formal care/support role with learning disabilities/mental health exposure; willing to work towards relevant qualification.
• This is a regulated post and will require Enhanced Access NI check.
