Job summary

We are care ltd. is seeking a Support Worker (Learning Disabilities) in Sileby, near Loughborough, to help adults live well in a supported living setting. Sleep-ins are available, and you can choose shifts that fit your lifestyle.

The role covers days and nights across weekends with consistent teams so you build familiarity and rapport with the people you support. Experience in UK care is valued and DBS checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs is a real plus
• At least 6 months of paid UK care experience, with a reference
• Right to work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS, or willing to apply
