Job summary

Look Ahead Care, Support and Housing Ltd is seeking two Support Workers for its Learning Disabilities service in Hertfordshire. The role offers a salary of 28,808.00 per annum for 40 hours weekly and requires no prior experience, just the right values.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in charity/social care is required or experience in the sector.
• Experience working with people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Warm, friendly presence and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver all aspects of support to enable a customer to develop independent living skills.
• Support customers with domestic tasks and practical living skills.
• Assist with personal and physical care as appropriate and ensure a high quality of accommodation.
• Participate in support planning and risk management under supervision.
