At Cera, a Support Worker role offers meaningful work that helps people live independently while you develop essential skills through our comprehensive training and the Cera Academy.

You’ll support individuals with learning difficulties and/or mental health challenges, applying compassion and patience to bring companionship, reassurance and joy to those you care for.
