Job summary

Cera Care in Bangor is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with learning difficulties and/or mental health challenges, helping them live independently. Your compassion, patience, and understanding are valued, and full training will be provided to succeed.

This role offers meaningful work, opportunities to develop core skills through the Cera Academy, and a supportive team environment within a community-focused care company.
