Cera Care in Dolgellau is seeking a Support Worker to help people live independently with compassion and kindness.

With full training provided, you will support individuals with learning difficulties and/or mental health challenges, offering companionship, reassurance and practical help to improve daily life, visiting clients in homes and communities.
