Job summary

Cera Care is hiring a Support Worker for Sudbury Supported Living. You will help adults with learning difficulties and mental health needs to live more independently, delivering practical support and person-centred care in a community setting.

Join our LD & MH Services team on a full-time basis to make a real difference, with access to training, development, and a supportive work environment that values compassion and practical outcomes.
