Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their own homes to live as independently as possible.
• Follow daily planners and assist with financial expenditure.
• Provide domestic support and administer medication.
• Offer personal care, meal planning/preparation, and help maintain relationships.
• Encourage participation in local community activities to promote social inclusion.
• Assist with opportunities for growth and development, including volunteering or education access.
• Work on a rota including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays with planned time off.
• Cover shift patterns across a 7-day week as needed.
