We're working with a new client in the Preston area and seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our team within Supported Living services. What You'll Be Doing:

As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Promoting Independence: Help individuals develop essential life skills and enjoy fulfilling activities, both at home and in the community.

  • Ensuring Safety and Wellbeing: Support our clients in staying safe, managing their medication, and maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment.

  • Empowering Lives: Assist in creating a positive, engaging atmosphere where individuals feel supported and included in everyday activities they enjoy.

What We're Looking For:

  • A minimum of six months experience in a support worker role within the last three years.

  • A strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred care for vulnerable individuals.

  • A positive, patient, and passionate attitude towards supporting those with learning disabilities and autism.
