Dimensions (UK) Ltd. in Greenford, Ealing, is seeking an experienced Support Worker for our supported living home housing three gentlemen aged 25–50.

You'll work across all flats with a 2:1 daytime rota, promoting independence, assisting with personal care, cooking, medication administration and following structured support plans. You’ll document information accurately, build relationships with families and professionals, stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs in a busy, rewarding

Qualifications

• Experience supporting autistic individuals and those with learning disabilities.
• Calm, confident and patient approach with ability to remain solution-focused.
• Experience providing emotional support and documenting information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence in daily living and provide gentle prompts for personal care.
• Support with cooking and meal preparation and administer medication as directed.
• Follow structured support plans to ensure consistency and safety.
• Document information accurately and build relationships with families and professionals.
• Adapt to changing needs while remaining calm in a busy environment.
