Job summary

Certitude is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live the lives they want, in their own homes and communities across multiple London boroughs.

The role involves building trust, promoting independence and personal choice while providing compassionate, person-centred support. DBS checks are standard, and the company supports career development within a values-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to motivate others and build confidence.
• Understanding of accountability, confidentiality, and professional boundaries.
• Understanding of challenges faced by people with mental health or learning disability.
• Good IT skills.
• Driving licence (preferably).
• Work or personal experience in supporting people with mental health or learning disability needs.

About The Role

As a Support Worker, you will work directly with people in their homes and in the community. You will be expected to support people with a variety of needs, enabling them to live the lives they want.

Duties Will Include
