CrossReach Trading Ltd. is recruiting a Support Worker for the Dick Stewart Service in Scotland to help male ex-offenders transition back into the community.

You will support residents with daily tasks, budgeting, personal care, and developing independent living skills, and contribute to personalised support plans with senior staff. The role includes day, evening, and sleepover shifts to provide 24-hour care, with PVG and SSSC checks required and eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of personalised support plans with senior staff.
• Provide 24-hour support through day, evening, and sleepover shifts, and participate in meetings and case conferences.
