Job summary

The Dick Stewart Service, run by CrossReach, provides supported accommodation for male ex-offenders, helping them rebuild life after prison. You will assist with budgeting, personal care and developing independent living skills while working with residents on programs that address offending behaviour.

The role requires flexible shifts (day, evening, sleepover) to ensure 24-hour support, with meetings, case conferences and report writing.

Qualifications

• PVG Scheme membership and vetting checks.
• Willingness to be registered with SSSC.

Responsibilities

• Assist male ex-offenders as they transition back into the community.
• Support with daily tasks such as budgeting, personal care and developing independent living skills.
• Contribute to personalised support plans with senior staff.
