Job summary

SeeAbility is seeking a Female Support Worker for our Wellington, Somerset supported living home. This role offers guaranteed hours, paid training, and a friendly, collaborative team to help people live independent lives.

You will support daily routines, plan activities, build trusted relationships and keep clear records, while working with colleagues to provide compassionate care. Driving may be beneficial for activities and outings.

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English.
• Full UK manual driving licence (beneficial but not essential).
• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Active, caring approach to support people throughout the day.
