SeeAbility’s Leatherhead-based supported living teams seek a dedicated Female Support Worker to help individuals achieve fuller, more independent lives through person-centred activities and consistent daily care. You’ll contribute to tailored support plans, build meaningful relationships, and support peoples’ routines with empathy and resilience.

The role is physical, requires a full UK manual driving licence, and offers stable hours, training, and career development within the SeeAbility

Qualifications

• Good spoken and written English
• A full UK manual driving licence
• The right to live and work in the UK
• A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily routines – from morning care to bedtime
• Planning fun, person-centred activities that boost wellbeing
