Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Support Workers to join our teams across supported living and community settings in the UK. This role focuses on enabling adults with learning disabilities and related needs to live as independently as possible, with training and development pathways available.

The role supports personal care, finances, medications and social activities. We offer a £12.71 hourly rate (42-hour week equivalent £27,758.64 annually) with a £500 refer-a-friend bonus, financial wellbeing

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate with a genuine passion for helping service users.
• Values-based recruitment; care experience not required.
• Positive attitude even on challenging days; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full, active life aligned with their wishes and care plans.
• Help keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, and personal care.
• Act as a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations for others' welfare.
