Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to support an 18-year-old woman with autism and mental health challenges in Abbeydale, Gloucester. No personal care is required.

The role offers day and night contracts, 36–45 hours per week, and a full UK driving license is required. You’ll work in a home setting with a friendly dog present.

Support Worker

Location: Abbeydale, Gloucester

Shift Pattern: Day and Night contracts available for this role.

Days: 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm-7am-10pm.

Nights: 10pm - 7am.

Hours: 36-45 hours per week

Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

Sponsorship: Not available for this role

Driver Requirement: Full UK driving license required for this role

About the Person You'll Be Supporting & Your Role

We are looking for a bubbly, caring, and positive Support Worker to support an 18-year-old young woman as she transitions into her own home and develops her independence. She has autism and experiences mental health challenges, so we are seeking someone patient, understanding, and committed to providing person-centred support. She is a huge Taylor Swift fan, loves music, and adores her dog, so applicants must be comfortable working in a home where a dog is present. No personal care is required for this role.
