Creative Support is seeking a caring Support Worker in Reading to help individuals with learning disabilities live a fuller life. You will support activities at home and in the community, provide personal care, and work as part of a friendly team.

Full training is provided, no previous experience required, with a rota including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. The role offers 37.5 hours per week and benefits such as pension contributions and 28 days of annual leave.

Responsibilities
