Dimensions is looking for a confident and caring Support Worker to join our Reading team (RG2). This lone-working role supports a gentleman in his 40s with learning disabilities, with personal care, meals, meds, and activities; around 20 hours per week, some weekends.
You’ll receive £13.45 per hour plus £50 per sleep-in shift, flexible shifts, 30 days leave pro rata, and access to training, DBS paid, and career progression. Experience isn’t essential as full training is provided.
