Job Description

Introduction:

We are Eden Futures, delivering support services for individuals aged 18+ with learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues, and complex needs.

We are recruiting Support Workers for our Supported Living Services, assisting individuals in their homes and community to promote independence.

Compensation: £12.21/hour, approximately £26,712/year based on a 42-hour week. This is a full-time contract, with flexible shifts. The salary is illustrative; NLW applies and is pro-rated based on hours.

Successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive induction, including face-to-face training, e-learning, and shadowing. Support for obtaining a Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification is available.

Main Responsibilities

• Support service users in their daily lives, respecting their wishes and care plans.
• Ensure safety and safeguard welfare.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a person-centered approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, personal care, and healthcare tasks.
• Act as a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Report and record care-related issues accurately.
