Job summary

Sense is hiring Support Workers for our Residential service in Parnwell, Peterborough. This is a permanent role with contracts up to 37.5 hours per week; you will receive £13 per hour and £25,350 per annum FTE.

Our diverse home has a warm, caring atmosphere and provides care for residents with various needs, including complex communication and health conditions. Shifts include mornings, afternoons, and evenings, seven days a week, discussed at interview.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised care for residents with various needs, including complex communication needs and health conditions.
• Engage residents in activities such as day trips, walks, hydro sessions, and visits to local cafes.
• Assist with early, mid, and late shift patterns (starts 7am, 2pm, 4:30pm, 7pm) across 7 days, to be discussed at interview.

Our diverse home has a warm, caring atmosphere and has received a Good rating from CQC. We provide individualised care for residents with various needs, including complex communication needs, physical health conditions, multi-sensory impairments.

Care is available around the clock, and you'll engage in activities like day trips, walks in the park, hydro sessions at the pool & visiting local cafés. Shift patterns can include starts from 7am, 2pm, 4:30pm & 7pm over 7 days which will be discussed at the interview.
