Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is preferred or willingness to learn.
• Ability to build positive relationships with people with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with residents and plan goals together.
• Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and errands.
• Assist with personal care and medication administration as needed.
• Plan and participate in activities and days out to promote independence.
• Support residents to develop confidence and independence.
