Job summary

Choice Support seeks a patient, kind and self-motivated Support Worker to assist a young woman with learning disabilities and autism in Maidstone, Kent. The role requires a female driver, non-smoker and non-vaper, with hours to be discussed.

You will join an established team, follow a person-centred support plan, assist with medication, and keep accurate records. The position offers on-site work and training.

Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred due to client requirements.
• Must be a driver and non-smoker/non-vaper.
• Ability to work with a young woman with learning disabilities and autism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of medication per plan.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support with a variety of planned activities and outings.
• Work as part of a team while also lone-working when required.
