Job summary

Frontier Consulting is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join a national supported living provider in Tonbridge. You will support two adult men with autism, ADHD and epilepsy, helping with activities at home and in the community, including meals out and outings.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and flexibility to work across 7 days, with shifts from 7am–2pm, 2pm–10pm and occasional night duties. Full training is provided, with strong opportunities for progression into management.

Qualifications

• Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and be willing to drive when required.
• Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• No specific experience required; full training provided.
• Available for shift patterns including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support two adult males with autism, ADHD and epilepsy in a supported living setting.
• Assist with activities at home and in the community, including meals out and outings.
• Drive as needed for the gentleman who has his own vehicle.
• Be flexible to work across 7 days with shifts including 7am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, and some nights.

Support Worker / Supported Living
We are assisting a national supported living provider who are seeking full time Support Worker to work in Tonbridge. There are also opportunities in Margate and East Malling!
We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Tonbridge, here you will be supporting two adult males with Austism, ADHD and Epilepsy. The people we support within the service enjoy activities within their home which include playing Xbox, watching DVDs and drawing. They are both also very active within the community, enjoying meals out and also going to work. One of the gentlemen we support has his own vehicle, therefore we are looking for a candidate who holds a Full UK Automatic License and who is willing to drive the vehicle when needed.
Full Training is offered, as well as great progression and career development into management opportunities.
You must have a driving license and full right to work (no visa sponsorship offered)
Shift patterns are 7am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm , and some over nights which are 10 pm - 7am. You do get your rota 4-6 weeks in advance, but you must be flexible to work across 7 days
